Pronounce "Mścigniew"

Hello Native Polish Speakers, If anyone can be so kind to help me pronounce this name "Mścigniew"- it would be greatly appreciated! After looking around on the internet for a polish alphabet... from my abstraction (all a rough estimate) I've composed a pronunciation that is "Mschteeg-nyee-ehf"... I think it is WAY off but would love it someone corrected me =) Thank you!!
