Do poles think US policy is responsible for the economy in Poland

During recent conversations ( other than about sex) some have suggested the policies between the 2 countries have not allowed Poland to perhaps prosper as much as it should in regards to the manufacturing sector.

Members in EU get their economy directives directly by the EU apparatus and all relationships to foreign countries are subject to that.

There still is a huge influence my major world corporations reagrdless of country and some are based state side.
