do u think any heads will fall over this? I doubt it as it was under the last administration and they can point the finger at who? well I guess there is one guy at least

I don't think much will come of it. There has been a history of corruption and concealment which goes unpunished. The relevant parties didn't even attempt to deny it. I don't think it's overly controversial, in the sense that it would come as a shock. Rumour has it that KSM, the alleged mastermind of 9/11, was questioned here in Poland. He has been subjected to waterboarding, a known form of torture. America doesn't want to do things by the book sometimes, defending their stance on the premise that heinous criminals call for heinous measures. BBC has also circulated new stories on the topic of waterboarding and its potential extended application. We must also remember that the CIA have licence to operate clandestinely when circumstances permit this. Such discretion to act in such a manner has a wide ambit.

true there doesnt seem to be much shock or outrage here over this story secret prisons, missles, whats next?
