My Polish decoder box is now locked !!

I live in the UK and subscribed to Cyfrowy Polsat. Today I got a message saying

"decoder locked please contact service provider" and now I cannot view any channels.

Anyone else had similar problems ?

It's actually for my mother (I don't speak much Polish).

I'm also a little concerned as I'm not sure if you're legally allowed to watch Polish subscription cable channels outside of Poland

Your subscription has most likely finished, and they are waiting for payment.
You need to contact them and find out how much is due.
