The world-famous Polish folk song and dance ensemble ‘Slask’ had a two-week tour of the United States over Christmas. The repertoire included carols and pastoral songs for Polish communities, mainly in Chicago and throughout Texas. Also included were patriotic and religious vocal pieces. The American tour of Slask was co-sponsored by the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Did any Forumite see it or heard of it?
