Looks like interest rates in USA are now lower than inflation... Doesn't seem to be responsible... 1929 again... ?

I highly doubt that it is going to be 1929 all over again. But I am sure going to refinance my mortgage in the very near future. Bought in September at 6.75% Last week, rates were 5.8%. I am still waiting to see how this .75% cut shakes out...
