Moving to Quebec City

Hi, my name is Iwona. In June 2008 my husband and I are moving to Quebec City from Halifax where we spend the last 2,5 years. We are looking for some polish people in Quebec City. If there are any? I would appreciate any advise.

Quebec, while a beautiful city, is quite small and not very diverse. I do not think that there is a Polish community in Quebec City. In Montreal, there is only about 20,000 Polish people so I would imagine that the community in Quebec would be virtually non-existant. And yes, learn French as quickly as possible! You cannot get by in English in Quebec City. Only perhaps in the tourist areas. Sorry.
