Need long distance phone plan from Canada to a Polish cell phone

BELL SUCKS I met my girl friend when she was visiting Toronto 4 months ago, when her travelers visa ran out she went back to her home in Krakow Poland. Since then we have been talking on an unlimited international calling plan from Bell. It was a bargain at 30 dollars a month so we have been talking a lot, sometimes 8 hours a day. In till a week ago when Bell blocked long distance calling for the third time. It all started when I was pretty ignorant of the whole internal phone call situation. I got this 400 dollar phone bill for this chatty weekend. Back when i was talking without the long distance plan. Bell was so nice and they agreed to back date the new plan 1 month so that 400 dollars becomes 30 dollars. Now I find out the monkey on the phone backed dated one day instead of one month. I know from experience that calling everybody that works at Bell incompetent is going to make some uncomfortable conversation. Everybody seems to know somebody that works there, and this is precisely my point. To many people work at Bell, being on the phone with them is a perfect headache. Every time I call I get transferred 4 or 5 times to different specialized pin heads. well instead of them telling me right then and there that have been calling a cell phone. Which is not covered by the plan they just offered me. I happily make phone calls for a month and a half before I hear a word about it. In the middle of all this they blocked long distance phone calls twice. However all it took to be reinstated, was a phone call to Bell. Then some clueless Igor would flipped the big switch, once I explained i have an unlimited international phone plan. 1500 dollars latter i am on the phone with the assistant president and the president pleading my case. For the next 10 days my long distance calls are blocked. Witch effectively blocks all outgoing calls because i live in rural Ontario and I can't call my neighbor without first dialing 1. I hope someone out there reads this kind of way to long story, that can help me. You see calling her land line is a problem because she only has one phone and it is in the middle of her house with no privacy. She skis a lot so she wont be home for weeks at a time. And as much as we talk her dad will kill her for tying up phone all day. But if anybody has any idea how I can call a Polish cell phone from my land line in Canada. Cheaply and preferably unlimited. Please... I'm dying here.

Every country likes to think that they invented the phone. Alex only stole the idea from so and so. But who knows At least The dearly deceased Graham is rolling in his gold plated casket, with it's silk padding and a full mini bar.
