The cost to build this house?

I have just come back today from Zary to look at a plot of land my girlfriend and her family having been arranging the purchase for us. It is about 15km out of Zary town in a very rural location overlooking forest and open space. It is stunning and i have completely falling in love with it and am determined to at least start the building next year.

I would be very grateful if anyone with residential building experience be able to give me a rough price for the build of this house. Obviously it wont be accurate but a guide hopefully from someone with experience would be very very helpful.

Simon depends if you hire a company, build yourself or sub contract... upwards of
