Industrial property development

Hi! I am a real estate analyst in Ukraine in one of the local development companies. I have to write a concept of industrial property development opportunities in Ukraine. The problem is that the modern industrial property is absolutely new segment in our country (most of existing are improved soviet era facilities). Poland's real estate market is more developed then ours and you already have positive experience of industrial property development. Please help me with information! It might be a link, an article or whatever containing information about industrial property development.

Try and contact "Poland Monthly" magazine and see if they will send you some back issues. Full of information on Commercial and residential development, very informative.
