Renting a flat in Wroclaw

Heyah,

I'm planning on moving to Wroclaw in a couple of weeks after living in Krakow for about six years. I'd like to find out about the rental market so I can find a suitable flat to live in.

Briefly, I am 34 years old. I would like to live by myself in a pleasant neighbourhood close to parks - I love running, rollerblading and playing football. I'd like a clean, reasonably modern flat (not on the ground floor) with a balcony and internet access (I have an online business).

In a couple of words, how'd you describe the following areas for sb planning to rent a flat: krzyki, fabryczna, srodmiescie, psie pole and stare miasto?

Do any of the abovementioned areas tick all my boxes considering I'm on a 1200 - 1500 zl budget, not including utilities?

How difficult would it be for a native English speaker to find a job with an international company in Wroclaw? I've finished uni (general degree), speak intermediate Polish (terrible grammar, apparently) and have some experience in a marketing dept for a large IT company in Krakow. Prepared to teach English as well, although not sure how much work is available during summer...

Lots more questions, naturally. But I don't want to discourage anybody from responding.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Best wishes,
Brett
