Love is when you love someone for who he is and you'd do anything for him. Sex is just a physical urge you have for this person you love. Sex comes and goes, love is there forever.

They are not the same, but making love is one of the ways of expressing your love for your partner. They are both important in a relationship. I believe that if you lack any of them, your relationship is not healthy. I cannot imagine being with somone I love and not needing the intimacy that making love brings.

Of course they are not the same. Although women tend to mistake these two things sometimes, they think that if they are having sex with a guy they are in a loving relationship, whilst for the guy its just, well, sex. Love often gets mistaken with lust, too, but sex and love are two seprate things. You can have sex with anyone, someone you dont know or dont even fancy, but you cant love just about anybody.

Love or sex? Waking up in the morning with someone else by your side. That's not the same either, although it usually means one thing or the other. But it can sometimes just mean you've fallen asleep drunk on the same park bench as another down-and-out.

they can be seperate or together. you can have sex just to have sex or you can have it because you love someone. and just because you love someone or someone loves you doesn't mean you will have sex.

Sex you can have with just anybody - it requires no emotional investment, just physical fitness Love basically the opposite as it is the summit of emotional investment and not necessarily requires physical fitness, although it might come in handy. And as importance is concerned: men use love to get sex and women use sex to get love. Personally I think sex with a person you have intense feelings for is the best.
