Physical Fitness among Poles today~

Hello everybody!

Feeling bright and fresh and ready to crush the walls in your mind to granules?? :) ...

So this question should arise! What do you think of the physical fitness of polish men and women? Are they fit al all?... have you noticed obesity these days in Poles!

I personally visit my gym for atleast 100 minutes! Slowly I more irregularities... my friends are getting fat :(...

What do you think about European condition in comparison with Poland?.. are we going for a disaster?

ARE YOU PHYSICALLY FIT? VISIT THE GYM.... or dont mind an oval tummy and a football face? Or are you a matchstick?...

SO WHERE DO WE, YOU and EUROPE stand?

they got a really good cafe when you can sit and watch the girls work out

Women are exceptionally physically fit.I can confirm that.(especially their legs can crack nuts).

Till now... no one really said something which suggests that they have any interest in physical fitness!

Those are oversized. To maintain that, you have to devote yourself to that.
