Cracovia v GKS Piast Gliwice

Travelling to Krakow 27th of feb and need tickets for the Cracovia v GKS Piast Gliwice match, will these be easily available ,how will i get tickets , will many attend this game , any advice greatly appreciated

Yes, Cracovia have weak attendance (about 3000) and their opponent is not very attractive.

Both Wisla and Cracovia may play their spring matches in Jaworzno, some 45 km away from Krakow.

Thx for the replies , do you think it would be better to go to Wisla v Polonia Warszawa the following week , I,d heard there wasn,t too much trouble at matches nowadays in Poland or is thet not true , any advice on obtaining tickets ?

Second game is much more interesting. I would not expect troubles with hooligans. From time to time hooligans search each other (outside of the stadium) but normal fans stay out. Let them kill each other, what is the problem? :)

hmmm.... i'm afraid that Wisla played its last game this year on Dec 5th... the next one will be in Jan 17th at noon...

i don't think you'll have any problems to buy the tickets right before the game...

We don't know on which venue they will play. I think that their stadium will be during modernization. Other venue might be much smaller, so I would not exclude sell out, this is important game for both teams.

I tried to watch the derby game a couple of weeks ago. but got distracted trying to translate the writing on the banners and advertisement boards. Anyway cracovia had a banner half the length of pitch long, but the last word was unreadable from the angle of the cameras. I could translate it as "we are red , we are white, we are cracovia ..." It still bugs me that I could not see it:)
