Hmmm, rain..wrong tyres...not hard to work it out. Although I must admit Hamilton was lucky.
I don't ever want to see a race like that again as I nearly had a heart attack !! And my poor six-year-old daughter was in tears when Hamilton was not going to win..now she is singing in bed ;0)

Not lucky... this race was either rigged near the end, or Glock simply gave him the win out of friendship, or what have you.
How likely is it for Glock to suddenly have engine failure within a few hundred meters of the end of the race. He was 15 seconds ahead of Hamilton for christ sakes!
Either he willingly stopped to let Hamilton win the championship, or some backroom deals were made between Toyota and McLaren.
Massa deserves the championship, 100%
If indeed, it was Glocks choice to let Hamilton win, if I were Toyota, I would can his ass from the team. Unacceptable to be giving up points, even if it was the last race of the season. Things like that just shouldn't happen.

Here we go again one moron who knows dip sh*t about nothing !!!
We got to be realistic, Glock was in front of Hamilton because he had not switched to wet tyres, and that is why Hamilton caught him. If Glock had changed tyres, Hamilton would have been 5th in the last laps and we would not have had such great end of race.
Look at the time Glock and Trulli lost on the last lap. Ppl were not watching the live timing, but I did. And he lost 9 sec on the 2nd sector. Case closed !!!

It was all a fix of course, Hamilton should have been handed the WDC several races ago but in an effort to maximise the TV audience the FIA has been helping Massa at every opportunity.

Next year should be very interesting, even Renault have been given a more powerful engine to allow them to compete. Alosono have been far more impressive than the two Ferrari boys.

Personally, I'm going to put a bet on Kubica for next years WDC.

Espana, are all Spanish people as thick as you?

For gods sake you love your conspiracy theories don't you !!!
You even contradict yourself on them, by saying, "I have a friend who is a friend of Lewis Hamilton and Lewis said that he wasn't bothered about losing last year because this year he will win the world championship." then you go on to say,
peterweg1:

My odds of Lewis becoming WDC?? <50%

At least if you bull$hit, try to remember what you said before ffs
Let me guess you are a founding member of that crank site Illuminati Conspiracy ???

F! has always been full of dodgy, suspect and dubious actions by the 'rulemakers'.

Are you telling me that the stewards demoting Hamilton's race win and giving it to Massa wasn't a blatantly fraudulent act? How about the drive through penalty at the for braking late at the first corner? The invention of a new rule that says you can't go off the track, even if forced, if your name is Hamilton?

However, the stewards can't actually make some one win, only stop them winning

>My odds of Lewis becoming WDC?? <50%

Did it look anything like a certainty? No.. it was a toss up and he beat the odds to win it. It was still less than a 50% chance.

lol, just keep believing it was a real win, if thats what makes you feel better. If losing 15 seconds in the dying seconds of the final race of the season is not fishy to you, (although you are a Brit, so its understood that you defend Hamilton as much as you can) then I don't know what to tell you.
Massa should have won, and if not for Glock simply getting out of the way for Hamilton, he would have. This will be the first, and last championship this arrogant mother ****** wins in his career.

I see you have conveniently forgotten to consider the number of points handed to Massa by the stewards this year. The fact that the Championship went as far as the Brazilian GP was the real travesty.

Does it bother you that much thay Hamilton, in all likelyhood will be World Champion again?

In all likelyhood, it will take another handout like the one Glock gave him for him to be World Champion again. The guy is horrible under pressure.

wow you are as stupid as you are blind eh !!!
Go to the FIA timing and look at the laps you can easily see the problem with Glock and Trulli's car on the last lap, but if don't believe it check it out for yourself. And also if you watch the last lap of Glock he was all over the place sliding with opposite steering lock on almost every corner.
People like you Filios1 make me laugh, you love to be part of a conspiracy because you have no constructive individualism to find a balanced judgment based your own intelligence...and only base it on the flocking mentality...the proof is in the pudding Hamilton, will win many more championships and your statements will just be another insignificant misguided judgment. dipstick !!!!

I have been watching this sport for over thirty years now and believe me that was a real win...not like some of the underhand games played out in desperation from Senna, Prost, Schumacher and others. If you want to blame anyone one person for the problems at the end, it should be Kubica!!!
What the hell was he doing unlapping himself when he had no right or advantage to do so, he blocked Sebastian Vettel after he overtook him and then he caused Hamilton to run wide which allowed Sebastian Vettel through.
In breaking these rules interfering with competing drivers he would normally be fined after the race and I am surprised that he wasn't and can only surmise that they have forgotten about it due to the last race;however this just shows another inconsistency in the FIA's decisions.

Absolutely not...entirely different thing... when Hamilton overtook Alonso in Fuji he was not battling on the second to last lap with "anyone", Kubica stuck his car into a situation that had not relevance to the race as Nick Heidfeld was 32 secs in front of Kubica.
This will be my last word on this thread until Hamilton comes back next year to woop Alonso's ass in the championship.

All is forgiven. You are British so I understand your defense of the integrity of his win. What I don't get is how someone who watches the sport as often as you do, not understand the basic concept that money is flowing behind closed doors. Every sport's main goal is to bring in as much cash from adveritising and sponsorship. What a beautiful way to end the season. Give the Hamilton fans something what they want, in a very dramatic ending.

If you deny all these strange happenings in a race that Hamilton was certainly not very good, then YOU are the blind one. I guess thats what watching F1 for 30 years does to someone.

Can I ask you Filios1 have you actually bothered to checkout any of the data? Or are you basing your assumptions on knowledge of the sport and please back it up with some facts and not amateur judgement !!!
