Looking for team sports or martial arts clubs to join in Gdansk, Poland

Originally I was looking for a ladies football team to play in, however, I'm finding a shortage of those, so, if anybody knows of any ladies or mixed basketball, netball, hockey, volleyball, handball, lacrosse teams I could join in with then please let me know. I love team sports and have played and competed in all before.

Also I used to box so if anybody knows of any martial atrs ie Krav Maga, Karate, Judo, boxing etc clubs than again please let me know as much info as possible.

Any good gyms and swimming pools in the area anybody knows of would also be very helpful.

I live in the Gdansk area of Poland so the nearer to there the better.
