Season tickets for Lech Poznań

Hi there,

I am just about to move to Poznan and was thinking of buying a season ticket to see Lech play. I know they are in the Intertoto Cup. What are the team like? what is the atmosphere at matches like.

I am used to watching 2nd tier football in the UK as my local team are Brighton and Hove albion so i am not looking for top class football :)

are there any people out there who watch Lech regularly? If so, fancy meeting before/after a game?

Hi Guest, why don't you join PF? If you're moving to Poznań you may appreciate some of the help here :)

Anyway, Lech Poznań, I probably wouldn't buy a season ticket straight away. You might want to just take in a few games to figure out for yourself if they are a team you want to watch all season and also to figure out the match schedule before you pay so much money.

I think their website is in Polish only so I don't know if that is any good for you but otherwise you can google them to find out some more information.

Best season ticket you could buy is for Lech games. This season they are going to be top 5 for sure aiming higher, nice stadium. As for atmosphere expect many sell out games and if you're lucky you don't sit next to annoying teens.

thanks a lot! yeah i am actually a member of PF but just totally forgot my login details and couldn't be bothered to re-register :)

i've been checking on Lech via the net for a while and i know they are currently in UEFA qualifying so hopefully its an alright standard of play.
