I love target shooting!! But I live in the US and we have a lot of gun ranges hear! I'm not sure about your situation but if you live close to a forest then got there to shoot!!

better rethink that. guns and shooting are stricktly controlled in PL and a move like that would definitely land you in jail. look into the laws and then find a shooting club as that is the only way you'll be legally able to shoot, if you have a gun that is.

left the US last Feb. i used to shoot alot at the NRA shooting range at fairfax, va. because i live like 3 miles away from the range. i have an fwb p30 air pistol and a colt gold cup series 80 cal. 45 acp. on a regular day i shoot with my hi-standard .22 cal but if i feel like getting wild i shoot my sks. here in poland it's hard to acquire a gun. seems like they don't trust their citizens maturity in handling a gun.

this thread is for responsible shooting for responsible ownership of guns. floods of illegal guns are coming in poland, meaning only criminals with have guns and probable shoot and rob people who can't protect themselves. they don't like guns for civilians but they allowed americans to put up a missile defense (yeah right!!) system. interesting?

I went shooting in Cambodia last year, I saw grenade launchers for rent, sounds like great fun.
I only got an M16, A weird looking shotgun and AK-47 and a couple of had guns.

Apparently the Khmer Rouge have found another use for their weapons.

There are shooting ranges in Krakow chokoy.
I looked into them a couple of years ago but I just never got it together.

I have never misused my firearms and never will....
A gun is a tool just like anything else, I would agree with you on better background checks on people that want to purchase a firearm.

If we had to turn our guns in, do you think the criminals would also??

nobody seems to be honest enough in the USA about this.. how the hell do you expect poland to be that way when USA can't even do it.

I would be too, if we never had them?
Being born into this heritage or right is really touchy subject with us,
I agree on some aspects but I am a firm believer in the freedom to keep and bear arms for protection..its my constutional right, our forefathers died for this.

Sports shooting used to be a non issue in Poland.

The sports club where I trained years ago had a shooting section, but it was only mildly popular.

Unlike the US, it was compulsory for Poles to practice shooting this way or another. Perhaps that's why Poles tend to be less excited about firearms than Americans.

Nah, i believe they just cant justify paying for metal only to shoot it at some paper target and hear a big bang.
