TVP Sport to watch from Germany?

hello,
I'm from Germany and I search for a possibility to watch the U20 WM in bydgoszcz, because a friend of mine starts there. I found out that the polish channel TVP Sport broadcsts the whole WM und eurosport only a part. Here in the north of germany i can watch eurosport, but eurosport doesn't broadcast on saturday, when my friend starts.
So I hope for someone who can tell me a possibility to watch TVP Sport on saturday in Germany... I didn't found anything! Or is there someone between you, who receive the channel and who would be so great to record the race.. or something like that, I'm a little bit despairing....I would be so grateful :-)
The page itvp.pl/anteny/tvpsport/ i know, but there's only something like "speedway".

Thank you very much

Greats

Try this radiostacje.com/indextel.htm (online Polish TV)

There also might be something here but you will need to install something like sopcast to watch it on the internet and with sopcast there is a recording button that you can record to your computer.

Could you tell me what is "U20 WM" then I can do a better search to find it :)

TVP Sport is a pay channel, so you rather won't find it. I'll check later some other sources (Russian, Italian, Chinese). I'm busy right now.

Do you have a cable or satellite TV? (which satellite? Hotbird?)

Hello,

thank you for the answers.
U 20 WM stands for the official IAAF World Junior Championships in Athletics. The WM takes place in Bydgoszcz in Poland this year. The polish name is: Lekkoatletyka - Mistrzostwa Świata Juniorów Bydgoszcz (so it is in the TV-programm from the channel)

I've a satellite TV but it's analog.... So I think there's no way to watch it this way.

OK, so in TV the Italians were shwoing it (on Rai Sport/Piu), but apparently tomorrow there will be NO coverage.
Anyway, if you have Sat TV, try Rai Tre (Sabato Sport 15.15-19.00), I'm sure they'll show mostly Tour de France, but after the stage finishes (around 17.30-18.00) they may switch to other events.

A good chance to see some action (although not live, but delayed) is the Russian Planeta Sport, they don't show it on TV (actually they do but on channel TK Sport, and I meant RTR Planeta Sport, which is free-to-air), but in streaming, you have to check today if it works for you (because sometimes they have geographical restrictions, especially for football matches, and only Russia-based viewers can view the streaming, or people who use proxy servers to pretend they have a Russian IP address): video.sportbox.ru/Translations/v_20080711190000_juniory - Today (starting at 19.17 Central European Time, 21.17 Moscow time)

video.sportbox.ru/Translations/v_20080712185500_juniory - Tomorrow (starting at 19.18 CET)

I'm sorry then. I wasn't here to check it worked for me :(
After clicking the link you were supposed to see the coverage (in a small window, looking similar to Windows Media Player, double-clicking on it to make it full screen), so no need to speak/read Russian.

You might also be lucky on this site look at the program times as they keep changing.

The russian channel "Спорт" broadcasts the WM in Bydgoszcz today from 21:15 - 22:55 (Moscow time), so 19:15 CET like Krzysztof said. I think it stand here:
liveinternet.ru/broadcast_show.php?tvshow_id=4607227

But link from above doesn't give me a picture. or does it only start at 19:15?
Now I'm only searching for a livestream of the channel Спорт ;-)

Спорт=Planeta Sport But all streams i used for the russian planeta sport don't work. "The Channel is offline". Why? Is there somewhere a livestream which works?

Some Russians would be helpful, send a private message to any of them if you see them online (or ask elsewhere, on some Russian forum).

gubby:
Спорт=Planeta Sport

not exactly, it's a same company, which broadcasts several channels, Спорт (=Sport), Planeta Sport, some non-sport channel, and they also carry internet streaming (live or delayed) of some of the events on sportbox.ru.
Planeta Sport and the non-sport channel are free-to-air, if you have any satellite dish (even 60 cm diameter) pointed at Hotbird (13 degrees East), you can watch them.
Unfortunatelly the channel that shows the WC in Bygdoszcz (Спорт) is not broadcasted that way, they are either terrestrial, on other satellite, maybe Astra (I can watch only Hotbird channel) or even on Hotbird, but crypted. The point is I can't watch this channel, and probably neither can you.

EDIT
today the streaming exists, but it's only for Russia-based viewers :(

another links to the same TV station (Russian "TK Sport")
mms://media.caucasus.net/station1 - but this doesn't work for me

if you have a p2p program called TVAnts (it's free, you may download it from the internet) you could also try this link:
tvants://list.tvants.com/tvants/?k=e1e650445c157513

I can't confirm it works, because I don't use TVAnts (only SopCast sometimes)

Yesterday I found a stream that works for me here:
live.palmtv.ru/cgi-bin/index.cgi?Ch=7
It's the live stream from RTR Sports. They showed the WM in Bydgoszcz but only the Finals :D so ich found a channel but the 4x400 relay wasn't broadcasted.

But my friend reached the Final:-), and today the channel broadcasts it live, so I will have a possibility to watch it:)

Thank you for all the help!
