How come Aeroflot @ Warsaw never pick up the phone?

I'm trying to reach Aeroflot Warsaw office by phone, to postpone my flight to China tomorrow. I've been calling them for a week, 4 numbers, but no one picked up the phone ever!!! If I could, I would have visited their office in Warsaw, but I'm working in Gdansk... I'm really pissed and lost...can anybody help me?

I can't get through to their office even in Russia... :\
