Are Cyber Cafes available in Polish cities?

Hello all. I'm new to these forums, so be kind ;-) Traveling in Europe, plenty of "cyber cafes" exist to access the web quickly and inexpensively. I haven't visited Poland yet, but wonder if such locations are common in major cities? Any idea about the general cost, maybe per half hour, etc? Thanks Emil

There are no computers in my local library.

Some hotels have free internet... usually in the lobby area... for guests only, of course.

Cost at internet cafe: about three zloty an hour (I think)

There are plenty of hotspots in major cities, if you bring a laptop.
