How to get from Krakow to Sopot?

I'm wanting to travel in August this year to Krakow and then up to Sopot. However, when I look at train websites they are (understandably) in Polish, which I am unable to speak. Is anyone able to tell me how I can get to Sopot from Krakow and how much it would cost. Are there any websites in English? Or are there likely to be any cheap flights? Thanks:)
