I'm a non-EU citizen, but would like to live and work in poland

Hi is there anyone whi can tell me what i can do to live and work in poland. Actually i am a non EU and i speak a few words in polish which in have learn from friends. i love the polish language and its cities.
If someone can give me some hints how to find a job that would be great

Where from? Before you make too many plans, make sure that you've got the relevant paperwork, visas etc.

I'm from Mauritius Island actually i am doing my degree in Accountancy in Ireland i was planning to go and live in poland as i am facinated by the culture and the polish people.
