Kazikowski: Ok, but someone with a bachelor degree and 2 years experience will be more likely to be employed than someone with a masters degree and 0 years experience.
Bachelor degree holders who teach foreign languages, especially English, are employed in Polish schools but when there are two candidates, and one of them has a Master`s, he/she will be chosen by the head teacher, even without any previous experience. Simply speaking, 3 years of studying for a Bachelor compared to 5 years for Master makes some difference, doesn`t it?
Master holder will be chosen even though he/she gets a higher salary.
