Is it common practice for candidates applying for jobs for international companies (to be based in Poland) to undertake tests for: english language, numeracy, personality etc, or would this prevent people applying?

most international companies have the same standards in poland as anywhere else when it comes to recruitment testing/assessment centers/etc.
