Information about setting up a non-profits business in Poland?

I am curious to hear from anyone working for a non-profit business in Poland. Basically a business that serves a need like after school programs or feeding the poor or HIV education. Things along those lines.

I am an American working for a large non-government organization (ngo) in Africa. At some point I want out of here and would love to set up a non-profit or find a good one to work for in Krakow or Warsaw. I know there are many needs. I also enjoy Poland and its people.

So if you are someone who works in that line of work or has information would love to hear your thoughts and experiences.
