Inherited bank accounts in Poland

I would like to transfer the funds from Poland to USA. The person who owned the Polish bank accounts died in the US. She was a legal resident of US. Her estate is being probated in Enfield CT USA. An administrator was appointed. A bank account for the estate was opened in the US. What is the process to get the Polish bank(PKO Bank Polski) to release the funds? Also, if you know of any attorneys in Olsztyn that deal with this type of case I would like their name.
