But for opening doesn't one need any inspection / certification from any kind of govt. agency. Maybe it'll be a good idea to check that as well! Or is it so simple to select the location, buy equipment etc. and open up your very own restaurant / joint. Input from anyone??

Hi

My name is Aamir from London. I visit Warsaw very often.
I am a great fan of Turkish Cusine, But to be honest in Warsaw I don't find any Turkish kebab place to be up to the standards. They don't represent turkish food. Infact it is not just kebabs, what about humus, lamajun, Tajiki and everything else

I want to start a business in Warsaw but still thinking. I read your add, Your Idea is great would like to know more about it.

No where near Indian cuisine.

If it's open, are you still sticking to traditional recipes? I know a lot of places open in Glasgow and withing a week are serving the same rubbish as chinese take-aways. If it is a proper malay restaurant then I will be there with bells on.

Infact, stick me up a few satays and a decent rendang and I'm yours!

get a pita/turkish roll, put some lamb, lettuce, onion and tomato and a smack of garlic sauce and it will be similar.

i'm a malaysian working outstation in swiebodzin.
just went to a kebab restaurant in the town. the taste is ok, maybe coz i've never had kebab before.

here, definitely no malaysian restaurant, yet. in general, i can see pubs fill more than restaurants.
you definitely need to price the food correctly to compensate volume.
but anyhow, a different type of food wouldn't hurt. id try something new.

a bit out of topic here: the ladies in poland are HOT! a sight for sore eyes. :)
