Starting a business in Poland with EU money

I was wondering if anyone had any information on possible grants from EU on starting something in Poland that would employ 100+ people. What are the steps and conditions to apply for any help like that. If not - what are the conditions for getting loans from banks for people with no credit history in Poland? And - will anyone take the credit history from U.S. under consideration?

are you also a EU citizen? I am not sure that sole US one will qualify for any kind of assistance;).

I have been in the States for 19 years but I kept my Polish citizenship
