How to Register a USA LLC to do Business in Poland?

Long story (shorter).

I am the majority partner of an LLC incorporated in the USA. I would like to register this company in Poland so I can do business here (I live now in Warsaw) as an independent contractor for language schools. My company is registered as an educational company, and has revenues of about US$7000 per month (approx 20,000PLN).

So... what do I need to do? I'd much rather do this than apply for the standard work permit. I will also be doing some events here in Warsaw through my company, not working with Polish firms, so it would be most convinient to have things set up here.


Any help is wicked appreciated, as we would say back in Bahstan. :-)
