Cinema Wanted, preferably near Krakow or Gdansk

Hi, I am based in the UK and would like to move to Poland. I am in the Cinema business here and I want to set up a small arts cinema in Poland - preferably in somewhere like Krakow or Gdansk. Can any in Poland help me to find a cinema which is available for let? It can be operating or closed - I don't mind - as along as it isn't a complete wreck.

I can be contact by private messages on this site or leave me a message here with your email address or where I can contact you.

If someone wants to go into partnership on such a project I would be happy to discuss.

BTW, it's my first time on this forum, I''m in my mid 40s, white British, but half Polish (father's blood in me, though I haven't seen but twice all my life).

Good luck. The main obstacle is that the value of real estate in cities like that, where you're likely to find an audience for that kind of material, has soared in recent years, and if anyone does have a 2nd hand cinema for sale, they're more likely to sell to a property developer than sell a going concern.

But good luck - Poland needs more of this kind of thing to counteract the horrible new shopping mall-style multiplexes.

Hello, I am an American living in Krakow. I am a film producer/director currently working on a project here. There is a theater that is closed with in 5 minutes from me.
