Looking for space in Wrocław for a take-away restaurant

I am looking for a space in Wrocław to start a small take-away restaurant. Can someone please suggest some real-estate agents or tell me if you know of such a place.

There is a nice little place on Norwida that is being advertised on a number of sites right now. It currently houses a sandwich shop, but he's not doing to well (I think more due to management than location, as the Mcfalafel right around the corner is doing well). There is quite a bit of foot traffic from the universities, but in the evening the area is dead. If you could do a delivery service, it might be something. Definitely much cheaper than a place in the center, but still quite a bit of pedestrian traffic.
