BBQ on the balcony, does it breach fire regulations?

I live on the 11th floor of a tower block and some days the sun belts right down onto my balcony, and it made me think about having a wee BBQ for dinner with the missus tonight? Does anyone know if it would be breaking fire regulations to have a bbq on the balcony? I got one of those disposable ones from LIDL, so it's pretty small

I have bbq's on the balcony all the time, I had a large paddling pool on mine too but did get told to remove it :(
