Child birth classes in Poland, Im having fun

Hi All,

The wife and I went to our first class last night, all in Polish, very interesting, hopefully will learn some new things also some new Polish words like Wdech(breathe in) Wydech(breathe out).

Will keep you all updated, had fun with a large ball and some massaging.

yep, looks like i'm the funny foreigner trying to speak Polish, good smiles from the poles though. :)

Those are fun classes!
Well, at least in the US they make them fun. Probably very serious in Poland, like everything else.

no these are fun to, lots of laughing, their are 2 classes, and we are the second one, the midwife who runs them said the first class is full of serious people..

Have you tried finding one in English ? I'm kind of worried my other half will simply die of boredom if I hve to translate everything in my chaotic way - he's already frustrated at the docs :) Anyone know any birth classes in english in warsaw ? Id appreciate it :)
