I don't know what it contains but I was recommended to buy Fervex.

Hope it helps.

Tabcin is one of the most effective. But I don't know the ingredients. For sure it's something different than Fervex.

I am using Sudafed in combination with Ibuprom.
And for the rest an recipe from my grandmother: boil some milk, add two spoons of brown sugar and generous portion of cognac/brandy/whisky.... go to bed, put on some extra blankets..
Sweat the whole night and the next day you will see the difference..

mafalda, but remeber one thing - don't combine these drugs! Most of them contain paracetamol, so combining them, you can overdose.

About all these drugs... are there any that will just knock you out? In the states NyQuil is popular for that, but there, the "Noc" versions on the drugs I've been recommended (Apop) just seem to contain a tiny amount on benadryl, which never helps knock me out of those awful waking-nightmares that accompany fevers for me.

You might want to try Rutinacea, it's a tiny little dietary supplement pill that tastes like Airborne, one of those vitamin c etc. type things that is supposed to boost your immune system. That and overdosing on water usually help me get over these things pretty quick.

I hope you feel better!

I'm familiar with the old polish way... though my dad does a combo of whisky vodka and brandy (about 1/10th to 1/6th of a regular cup depending on how much he pours), mixed with a little lemon juice and filled by hot tea.
Don't use the old way and the new (pill popper) way at the same time though, most meds don't mix well with alcohol...
Also (as mentioned earlier) be careful mixing drugs. Many active ingredients have significantly different effects depending on dosage

Take two Gripex, then put on some trousers a T-shirt, jumper, socks and a hat and lie in bed all day. Sweat it all out.

Im currently living in the UK but my partner is from poland, she buys all her medication from home and brings it over here, Gripex work really well very strong though.
