English Father/Polish Mother - any social security benefits in Poland?

Any advice please

My polish daughter is now 4mths. For lots of reasons I have been unable to travel back to Poland. I am currently in France. How do I register as the father. Also does the Mother get any social security benefits

What is the average childcare contribution by absent yet amicable father in Poland. Based on the fact mother and daughter are still living with parents and reasonably provided for, 500-1000PLN per month? Trying to find a fine line between provision and being taken for a ride.
