I have friends who live in Romania. They came to visit us in Warsaw and told me I have no idea what we are complaining about.

in the last week alone there were Dutch "nationals" and Spanish "nationls" trying to bring enough in to kill 1,000s of people

We have a lot of brittons in our prissons here, trying to pass drugs from Asia and southamerica...and as someone said it before, takes 2 to tango...

Moral of the story is, no matter which country you are in, the grass always seems greener on the other side.

Yet there's a line beyond which things seems to be unacceptable any longer.

people complain because this is how some deal with stress, or adjustment to new reality, but I agree, there needs to be a balance. Otherwise reading those posts is like a good sleeping pill.

yah, but there are people who exclusively complain and don't fix anything. Another type are people who fix things, so they don't have to listen to complaining anymore. LOL. It all depends on the situation.

Going back to the subject, people who moved to Poland and complain often have poor skills of dealing in stress in general, so I am sure they would be also complaining in their native countries.

i think that they just do not have the capibility to integrate. It is hard in the begining, but if you start just to see the bad sides of the host country, your life abroad will be bitter.but yeah there are people who wants everything to be one as it is back home...thats silly,,just ask tj123

of course it is.

yes, he was an excellent example of how not to do it. I have met some people while on vacation and they were the same. Totally closed to new experience and wanted to be like it is at home. Why leave in an first place? It is of course more complicated then that. Moving to another country can be stressful, but how one adjusts depends largely on the attitude and the ability to be flexible.

flexibility is the key word, along with open-mindness, i remember my first month in China, damn i want to kill myself, but later on i realised that the country was not going to change for me,,i had to change..from then on, it went all roses (well not all) had the best time of y life,,, and i still long to go back one day...

Why do some posters have nothing better to do than complain about other posters? Could they perhaps come up with something Polish to post on a Polish site? why do they constantly complain about other posters when they have nothing to contribute on Poland.
