Do Polish vets "fix" animals and if so, what are the prices?

Do vets practice fixing pets and do you know the prices for fixing a cat? I keep remembering Bob Barker saying: get your pets spayed or neutured.

It may be less costly to have your pet spayed or neutured through an animal shelter. Many facilities offer payment vouchers, which may save you approximately 80% in price.

In a predominantely Catholic country you will not see campaigns to "spay your critters," although vets recommend it because they understand the issue better. For a different but obvious reason, cremating your dead relatives will never be acceptable to most people in Poland.

My friend cremates her dead pets and keeps their ashes in urns in the house.
I'd rather stick them in the ground because burning a body freaks me out.

I took a cat to the vets a couple of months ago, (it's foot had been run over) and they spent about half an hour tidying things up and dressing the wound with 5 injections of various things.

The grand sum total was 40 z³. I don't know the price for fixing a cat, but I know for sure, it's a hell of a lot cheaper than England!

hmm. We have a prego cat. My boyfriends dad said the cat got a shot and that fixed the cat.. yeah right. I have never heard of that one. If the babies are girls they will go drown them and keep the males.. I just want to get the girls fixed.. I pray there will be no girls. :( Anyone want a kitten?

Maybe I should look into vet school.lol.
