Service Management companies....do they exist in Gdynia

In the very near future I will be buying a house/apartment in Gdynia. I will only use it probably 6-8 times a year over weekly periods. I would like to use a service management company to a) look after it when I'm not there, key holding, reform work, decoration etc. and b) provide services such as cleaning, ironing, repairs, pick up/drop off airport, payments/bills etc. when I am.

I use other companies on other properties I have and find them extremely useful. I would appreciate any help as I'm finding it complicated. It should be a well established company for obvious reasons.

If it results that there aren't any in the area, it could be an interesting business for some expat or Polish person to create one. As interest grows with foreigners especially in tourist areas this sort of business is fundamental. I will not be renting the property out when I'm not there, but rentals within the management service industry generates enormous capital and loads of spin offs.

Only just joined; but find the site interesting, hilarious at times and good fun.

We are a couple of well connected expats based just outside Gdynia, working in the residential and commercial property sectors. We are currently working alongside a very large local residential developer, and we work with an internationally recognised law firm in arranging property acquisitions for foreign investors / other expats.

Due to the rapidly expanding expat property portfolio in the tri-city area, we are setting up our own Property Management business next month. PM or e-mail me for further details.
