Is UPC's services available in krakow?

hi all, i'm gonna travel to Poland this summer and i wanna ask

i've recently learned that UPC has a new Internet service ..30Mbps download but only 2Mbps upload unfortunately :/ and i wanna ask something.. is UPC available in Krakow or should i just stick with Aster's 10mbps/1mbps plan?

I am using UPC in Krakow. They claim the connection is 10MB but when I check it with Net speed counters it says around 3.5 MB. But it is enough.

any one knows if 30mbps is available in Krakow then? and do they give u the real connection speed or slash it more than half the speed? =O
