This thread is a very good idea, although it would have been better if the question was about regions rather than actual places. Bear in mind many people might live in small towns or villages all around Poland. I live in a small place but study in Kielce. Now, what should I vote for! :)

Gdansk. I don't want to live in any other city in Poland because I love it here.

I just meant the look with the big glasses, her pose and the way she wears her hair. As an actress, she is actually quite pretty :)

Well, I know better than to comment about other women on an open forum and one which my wife browses so, no comment :)

I live in Gliwice, a city with some history and has enough for my needs. The lack of abundant options is actually a good thing, it keeps me out of trouble!

It sounds like somebody forced these nasty thoughts into you ;) "it keeps me out of trouble" haha

Anyways, Zabrze here (Silesian metropolitan area, gosh this sounds grand)...

When I don't live in Glasgowce, I live near Opole. Actually these villages surrounding bigger towns are becoming their 'bedrooms' as you can buy a piece of land, build a house there for a bit less money than in aforementioned towns. Commuting to work may be an issue, but people have even more cars nowadays.

Warsaw. I enjoy visiting Katowice on business, and sometimes think I could live there, but Warsaw's metropolitan feel is something I wouldn't want to lose.

Is it just me, or has anybody else got the impression that there are a lot of British people living in the 3-city?

I wouldn't say there are a lot of British people here, unless you consider a handful a lot. BTW, I'm not one of them.
