What are your favourite Polish Radio stations...?

Hi.. I'm interested in radio and broadcasting. My question is what is your favourite polish radio station? Mine are... Radio Pogoda (Lodz) Radio Złote Przeboje Jazz Radio Radio Rekord I listen them by internet of course:-)

Czarne Oczy: RMFMAXX is the best station:P Sometimes I listen to RMF FM but it can get a bit repetitive. LondonChick: I like Orla FM which is a London based Polish internet radio. I'm listening to that right now. :)

PolskaDoll: I'm listening to that right now. :) Brilliant isn't it?? They play loads of stuff that you've not heard for ages, like Ace of Base and Fool's Garden... then something from the current charts. Also a good balance of Polish muic, which I'm gradually getting into.

PolskaDoll: If you want to listen to some Polish music try and get a hold of this CD I talk about in This Thread. I bought it for a Polish friend and then I bought a copy for myself. :) Fab - I'm off to Poland later in the week. Hoping to squeeze in some time to go shopping :)

At Radio ZET I like the daily 08:15 program in which Monika Olejnik grills one of these PIS politicians. Always nice to hear.

There was an English language discussion on there last weekend about Poles in Britain and help for them to get through the current economic climate. It was very interesting. If you want to listen to some Polish music try and get a hold of this CD I talk about in This Thread. I bought it for a Polish friend and then I bought a copy for myself. :)

I loved Luzzz FM but it doesn't work anymore :( Now I listen to: Radio Eska RMF Maxxx They are kinda funny and the music is quite nice there :)

I'm listening all the time Radio Eska (badly there are many romanian songs; and I feel like home :D ), and some time " POLSKASTACJA.PL" But this Radio Maxxx, can be played in a standalone player, like Winamp for example?

Im not sure which radio station it is, but there is one Polish radio station that qualifies as the worst. My gfs mum listens to it, and it plays the same 10 songs over, and over, and over again...awful chris de burg songs etc. Torture

I used to like Jazz FM quite a lot, but that has sadly disappeared and the frequency has been taken over by Chilli ZET. Radio PIN is also very good, world music and lots of good info programs.

In Poland, to immerse oneself in the culture you've chosen to live in maybe? :) I like Radio Kampus but feel slightly wrong listening to it since it's not aimed at my age range LOL. Is Digital Radio coming to Poland? I brought a radio with me (cos it was there really) not knowing if I could get digital reception. I can get FM on it, but it was crappy in the UK with the digital reception so might be the radio itself?

BevK: Is Digital Radio coming to Poland? If you want DAB in Poland it's just experimental...I bought internet radio, it's great. Thousands stations, it's nice if you miss your radio and you want to listen to something different in another language.
