why am I having problems with creating shortcuts to links?

I seem to be doing the same thing as before and it doesn't work. Is there something I am not aware off? Thank you.

The "anchor text links" are working and have not changed. Do you use the preview box to check if the links are working? More information can be found here. here

the link feature is not working properly. as you can see by my last post. i edited it 1 time, upload error... :( It's working correctly.
