Avatar - not uploading

I have tried to upload my own avatar and neither of the two pictures i have tried to use isnt illegal, rude, blashemus, too big or anything

avatar is 100x75 in size as i use imageshack to resize pictures to use as avatars in forums im in

so why wont it upload??

Most likely it's above 5kb. Please have a look at these two threads for any possible answers.

no again it is 3.27kb in size
