I think it would happen in another form anyway. The need to communicate based upon common interests will always be there and the web makes it easy to facilitate.

Is that serious enough PG?

I'd probably set up a forum where people can chat about Poland and other general waffle all day, sell advertising, encourage people to give donations, get a couple of volunteers to run the show and then retire to Thailand

What if Polish Forums did not exist?

1. I'd be learning Portuguese or Urdu.
2. I'd have completed work on my kitchen, I'd have built the extension and laid the patio.
3. I wouldn't have turned my computer on by this time of day.
4. I wouldn't have so many lovely people to talk to and life would be at least just a little bit more dull.
5. Some other stuff I don't even know about...

It means that I could sell it tomorrow for £20k more than I paid for it new.

20 K premium on a car thats just come under new tax laws and to top that new and all higher fuel prices. There may be a premium but its 20K - not +. get into the picture dude and stop lying. For prices on R8's new and re-sale view here URL

Er, I have donated quite generously in the past.

As for the premium, I was just retelling the story I was given by the dealership. Seems like I was a little naive based on your figures.

Well hell im gonna buy 20 R8's today and sell them for 20k more tomorrow £400K in one day give or take a bit of advertising. Im rich do that a few times and I'll have a couple of million or more. Thanks for the tip Szar lot a dosh.

Good luck. There may be a bit of a cashflow problem in the short term as you have to pay all the deposits and wait for the things to turn up.

I wouldn't have met a wonderful lady. I wouldn't have learned a single thing from my mistake. I wouldn't have changed my vieuws on a variety of matters. I wouldn't have learned that much Polish. I wouldn't have talked to you. I wouldn't laugh about Seanus' punchlines, I wouldn't laugh whenever Osio³ has to say something! I would've been a bit bored right now..

But I expect I would have gone on with my life in a normal sane atmosphere. Living in blissful ignorance not realising what I may have been missing because there was no 'Polish Forums' as no one had invented it so therefore it did not exist.

Does anything exist ? Are we real ? Do we exist ? If we do how do you know that?

p.s. Why the blue colour for the word 'PREMIUM" ? Shouldn't we have had a vote on it or the very least our leader consulted about it ? Just a thought <like I have sometimes !
