Already was explained by Admin and Mods in the last five pages.

Should note, the majority of members here have not been bothered by the changes, just some few.

Personally, I'd rather be part of a forum that updates and upgrades than becomes stale...

Change is not always an upgrade...and changing from left to right is hardly an improvement in any functional sense.

Did I miss partaking in that poll? :p

I disagree, I've been looking through a lot of threads, much easier to read them. Try it.

Could be that it was and you didn't know.

Because I am not one to get stuck on one thing. I have looked around the forum, read some threads and found that it's easier to read the threads like this. I think it's a good change. What is wrong with it? I meant with the members that only a few out of the thousands have been posting against these changes.

Give it a couple of days, you'll like it just fine. I took to it quickly.

lol, yeah but there was something so obviously not wrong with it. What is the point in chainging something that will upset some users when doing nothing at all will keep everybody happy, where is the logic in that???

Could be that it was and you didn't know, posted PinkJewel on this wonderful forum.

How is having the posters' details on the left side of the screen broken?

Try this one:

When it was the old way were people complaining about it being on the left and calling for a change? No....yet now that it is on the right people are. Hmmmmm....

It may be that the Admin is trying to popularise the Polish stereotypes. LOL
First we'll put the profiles on the right, then we'll start running threads from bottom up, after that we'll put the title of the web site on the bottom of the page and then we'll require everybody to write right-to-left.
I like it!

PS. From now on when you read this message you need to stand on your head. Thank you.

I have an idea.

Why don't we all have a list of options in our personal settings where we can decide for ourselves whish way around everything goes. Non-members could just see the forum as Admin sees best, whereas members could choose to see
threads running from the bottom up, wrote Osiol, paraphrasing some other member or other.

for example.

Good point!!

You will have to fill out 5 pages of forms to submit the post and when you do you will be told you are missing a form and to come back next week.

Every other post will be lost and when you do hit submit it will take 2 days to post and then only if you bribe a moderator.

Then it will be just like this dreadful place :)

Think you're in the minority there lol.

It's just stupid putting it on the other side. It was fun to see it there, it's generated well over 130 posts so far. There's no sensble reason for moving it and as with any 'brainwashing' exercise if you keep telling the masses that it's good for them some fools will eventually believe it.

Bit like pointing up to the sky in a crowded street or putting a peephole into a fenced off building site.......

Maybe it's some sort of test to see who is courageous enough to say it's a load of old rubbish or cobblers to that. Move it back and lets get on with enjoying the forum. I can think of loads of ways of increasing the posts on here if thats what is 'wanted'.....

Hey, it's great to be back LOL.

:)

No sensible reason if you'd rather moan about everything than have some positive reaction to what goes on. Overall, will it matter tomorrow? No. By then someone will have posted something else everyone wants to jump on.

I'm still enjoying the forum. Swapping profiles from left to right will not stop me from enjoying these forums and I think that anyone who says that it will needs to have a long think...

People that say things like this are either deliberately trying to irritate people or they are high on some hallucinogen because EVERYONE complains about something in this world. To suggest those that do about a particular topic are somehow being ridiculous is the height of hypocrisy. It also clearly implies the person saying it thinks they are better than those they criticize. They are not :)

I'm not moaning about everything as you put it. I state my points just as you do. Debating and discussing is not classed as 'moaning'.

The majority of posters dont want the change. How do I know that ? Easy, I read every post on this thread. Just like you did. So, it wasn't an assumption it was a statement based on fact.

PinkJewel wrote:

Eh ? Huh ! About what !

Did I say I wasn't enjoying the forum. Nope, I said lets get on with enjoying the forum.

It may suit you but you are in the minority <of posters who have spoken out so far> and the majority <of posters who have posted on here so far> son't agree with you.

:)

But it is so much easier for someone to dismiss you by saying this! Didn't you read the interwebz handbook? If you say someone is 'moaning' it means they are STUPID and WRONG and you are SMART and RIGHT!

No, he has a point, we all complain about something. My point is that people are over-reacting about a small change on these forums that will not, overall, affect how they post or how people react to those posts. People are taking it all too much to heart...

If you think of 6000 more members of the forum and then look at how many are participating in this thread...

Lady in red wrote:

Well said. So lets do it because this thread will be dead by Monday.

I like that everyone jumps on one here. I like the change, so what? :)

It doesn't feel like a debate or discussion though...

Ah well, sleep calls... :)

Not everyone bothers to post...that does not say anything about their like or dislike of the format.
