Why do people post on polish forums

I have come to the conclusion that people who post here are either mad, sad or lonely. Okay I put myself forward. I am a little mad and lonely how about everyone else?

I first came here to look for friends because I was lonely. Now I come here to answer questions and get that nice warm glow from helping somebody. And there are plenty of interesting posts for when you need a break from work.

Sadly,few members here can't speak their mind in real world,so they come here to bash and insult each other. Take an example this thread http://www.polishforums.com/off-topic-lounge-deletable-47/shall-polish -position-islamization-europe-prove-reality-35149/ I believe is the longest thread on the forum,even longer than the random thread. The mod enjoying it,given that the 3rd rule is : "3. If possible, posters should avoid discussing religious or very personal subjects. Admin and moderators have the right to delete or edit posts that relate to religious or personal lives of forum members."

Right, those elusive posters that were somehow Godlike and abandoned the forums en masse. We hear so much of them. There are many good new posters, Daisy, I'm sure they don't bite and would be happy to hear your comments.

Emphasis on if possible, and should avoid... note it doesn't say Posters must avoid. And the fact that Admin and the moderators have the right to edit/delete, doesn't mean that they must, or will ;)

The variety of topics and what is in people's head when they post is abound here. Besides some poster's who really work hard to insult, to show off or simply to relief their frustrations (unless it's the fun to read abuse thread!) - everybody is fun, witty and friendly, just sharing their thoughts as they come... it makes is look like a conversation. I don't seem to have as much time now to stick around longer or more often, but I like the PF place. I did learn a few things here as well as I had a plenty of good laughs! Hope for more. :-) especially late at night, before going to bed.
