You need to click on "Settings" and Upload pictures:

8 KB is small enough for a profile picture (which can have up to 40 KB). Maybe you mean avatar (up to 5 KB)..

Provided it's not the picture you've been posting (most likely it's too large to create a good thumbnail), you may send it to info@polishforums.com and we'll try to adjust it and resend to you.

Profile photo is only seen in your profile or if you click on member to see their profile. In this forum it allows you to select a photo off your hard drive . Most forums you must use a host site and upload to that account then use code from that url site.

For here.....click on your profile.....click on upload pictures to profile and thiis will bring you to a window where it says browse...click on browse...select your photo...follow the instructions as you go and upload to your profile. As long as the file has the correct ext and is correct size no problemo

For avatar you must select the same way but use the button for uploading an avatar which when complete shows up to the right of your post ...see mine ...strawberry

If I knew you would be posting that for a picture I would never have offered any help in resizing. That is disgusting. It's not cute or funny but vulgar and shows me the character you have.

How can I set one of my pictures to appear on the right side when I post a message? I see that many threads have a picture attached to it.

If you are talking about the one next to your nickname then you need to find "Upload Avatar" or something like that on your profile screen. ( sometimes have to scale it down to proper resolution to push it through )

Yep spot on there Wroclaw Boy!!

Geriatric city. I cannot tell you the amount of times I have driven down the coast road and they walked out right in front of my car without a care in the world, because they have their hearing aid turned off or some other reason.

Don't even go into the hotels on the seafront as they smell of mothballs and wee...Yuk!!!
