Grog recipe

Anyone got a good recipe for making grog?

I used to have it in a good place in Bielsko-Biala (Svejk), but now I live in Mragowo and can't find it anywhere.

This is a Czech recipe, it may be similar, I never tried the Polish version.

Per serving
1 large tablespoon of brown suger.
2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2 shots of dark rum(Morgan Spice)
1 shot of absinthe(optional)
Rest boiling hot water
