Kabanosy are skinny sausages ready to eat. You can heat them up if you like in the microwave or boil a little.
"Dymem wędzone" means smoked
Pszczyńskie means they are from Pszczyna

Pszczyna is a very pretty town in Sl±sk, spent a great weekend there a few years ago. Aren't 'kabanosy' sometimes made from horse meat in Poland?

Can be if you ask for it specifically....or maybe in a farm market. Most these days is made from pork or beef.

Try Tarczynski, the best kabanosy in Europe. Whether it be drobiowy or wieprzowy, these are sausages to be taken seriously. I've munching on a drobiowy one now, heavenly!!

You could also try "grzana kaszanka brzeczyszczykowicka", ooo it is so good, with fresh bread, sour cucumber and cold beer, ohhh.....
